Hey yall. I’m Colton Nolan and I own and operate Nolan Construction along side a great team right here in Richmond Ky!

You’ve probably seen us around town, at local hardware stores, gas stations, or waving in a Christmas Parade but I wanted to take a minute and personally introduce my self.

Nolan construction was formed in 1978 by my grandfather Don Nolan Sr and operated out of Manchester Ky completing a multitude of residential and commercial projects throughout KY.

I moved to Richmond to attend EKU and began working with a local contractor part time shortly after. I graduated from Eku and went on to work for production home builder in Northern KY, with a distant dream of taking over Nolan Construction one day….

I became the official owner of Nolan Construction at the end of 2019. My grandfather passed shortly after and we have done our best to carry on his legacy through every single project since.

Today Nolan Construction is a full service General Contractor in residential, commercial, and industrial markets. We are pleased to offer the following services
