☀️🏡 **SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO SHOW UP**
Yesterday morning, I was tired.
After several days of driving back and forth to Houston, spending time at MD Anderson helping my dad, and everything that goes along with that, getting back in the car and driving to Frisco for an open house was about the last thing I felt like doing.
But I had given my word that I would be there.
And at **Patterson Home Team, keeping our word matters.**
If we tell a client, Realtor or referral partner that we’re going to be there, **we do everything we can to be there.** If we say we’re going to do something, we do our best to get it done.
So I got in the car and headed to Frisco.
**And by the end of the day, I sure was glad I did.** ❤️
I spent the afternoon with my good friend and Realtor referral partner **Chris Laird with AXEN Realty**. Chris has been a Realtor since **1987**—I was 20 years old then! 😂
We talked real estate, met some wonderful people, laughed, and what I expected to be a long afternoon turned into a pretty darn good Sunday.

The beautiful home at **16195 Mapleshade Dr in Frisco**, offered at **$737,700**, originally started out **For Sale By Owner through FSBO.com**.
The homeowners eventually decided they wanted professional representation.
