What about pets? We encourage property owners to allow pets. According to reports, 60-70% of households have at least one animal, a cat or a dog. When screened through our pet screening program we take every precaution to select responsible pet owners along with the screening of a tenant’s credentials. Our pet damage assurance is that we will pay up to $1500 over the tenants deposit if animal damage exceeds the deposit. Plus, landlords must allow ESA animals and service animals without charging additional fees or deposits.

Our policy is to maintain a balance reserve of $500 to handle maintenance and repairs. This is the minimum amount required in an owner’s account. It is refunded at the end of the management contract if all invoices and bills are paid.

We take all the legal steps necessary and at the appropriate time, still maintaining a friendly relationship with tenants so they don't get angry or damage your property.
