40.

I think I’m supposed to be scared or nervous for this one but honestly, I think my 40s are going to kick ass.

My 20s felt like figuring out who I was, my 30s felt like building, and my 40s are all about living.

I think my 40s will bring me more time with my favorite people, more adventures with my husband, new business opportunities, and an even deeper understanding and love for myself and those around me.

I am truly surrounded by the best people. Thank you for the outpouring of love so many of you have shown me today!

Not every investment property loan looks at your income the same way.

One option I love talking about is a DSCR loan.
