Thank you to everyone for your birthday messages. Sorry I've been out with a lot of kidney stone pain lately. After being hospitalized six times with kidney stones in my life, this sucks but I'll get through it. Haha for all of you about to say "stop drinking Mountain Dew", I've cut down massively over the years.

Our Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is required.
Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
