On this second bus tour stop, we toured a house from 1969, and quickly took things outside 🌿

What we learned? A pool adds value. A “new” roof is not always really new. And a modern, low-maintenance yard is what today's buyers are looking for.

The home is located south of McCormick Ranch, which is a fantastic neighborhood, and listed at $650K—the lowest price in the neighborhood. With over 10,000 sq ft of lot space and an estimated ARV around at least $800K, there’s definitely potential here.

Sure, there are a few drawbacks: low ceilings and a backyard that’s a bit tight for a pool… but it’s in a in a prime location!
