A low rate means nothing if it costs you thousands more to get it.

When you’re shopping lenders, don’t compare one flashy number to another. Compare the entire loan. What is the rate? What are the closing costs? Are you paying points? Most importantly, what is your total out of pocket?

I’d rather give you the real numbers upfront than win your business with a number that changes once you’re too far into the process to comfortably walk away.

Shop apples to apples. Ask questions. Demand transparency.
