A proud full-circle moment for Toro Insurance Group Founder & President, Mike Gallaugher.

This photo was taken in 2022, when Mike was installed as Secretary/Treasurer of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Arizona (IIABAZ).

Four years later, he is preparing to wrap up his term as President of IIABAZ.

Throughout his time on the board, Mike has volunteered countless hours advocating for independent insurance agents, supporting industry education and professional development, helping strengthen the independent agency system, and representing Arizona agents on issues that impact our businesses and the clients we serve.

On September 3, Mike will officially complete his term as President and move into the Ex-Officio position on the board.

We’re proud of the leadership, relationships, and impact he has made throughout this journey—and even prouder that his commitment to serving the insurance industry will continue.

The title may change, but the commitment to advocate, lead, and serve does not.
