Today marks a meaningful milestone for me.

Lydia Black’s Arizona license is now active with NEXA Lending, and she is officially my first Native American recruit as I begin building Native Americans of NEXA.

Lydia is Navajo, a wife and mother, and someone whose journey I’ve had the privilege to be part of for years. I helped her purchase her first home, later her second home, and refinance into a lower rate. At the beginning of 2025 she reached out to me and said she wanted to explore becoming a loan originator. Today, that vision is becoming reality.

One of the reasons I moved to NEXA Lending was because the platform allows me to mentor individuals with no prior experience and guide them through licensing and into this industry. Lydia will now begin NEXA University as she launches her career.

This is also the beginning of something bigger for me: Native Americans of NEXA. My vision is to recruit Native American loan originators nationwide from tribes across all states and support them in building thriving lending businesses — residential, commercial, veteran loans, FHA, HUD 184, rural housing, conventional, and luxury homes.

The goal is opportunity, generational wealth, and building lasting legacies.

If you are Native American and considering this career, the qualities I look for are:
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Fearless and action-oriented
• Comfortable with technology and social media platforms
• Already building followers and engagement online
• Able to invest in your licensing and starting your business

This is a 100% commission career, and it can take 60–90 days or more to close your first loan, so it requires commitment and drive. But the reward is the ability to build your own business and create the lifestyle you want.

Lydia is just the beginning, and I’m excited to see where this vision grows.

I found this YouTube video about the Earth’s ley lines; the energy meridians that connect sacred sites across the planet, and it spoke directly to a truth I’ve carried for years:
