I had to share this! 👏

Recently, I’ve helped several single women become homeowners, and it’s been incredibly inspiring to watch. Homeownership isn’t about waiting for the “perfect” partner or the “perfect” timing—it’s about creating stability, building wealth, and investing in yourself.

One statistic that really stood out to me: 35% of Gen Z homebuyers are single women, the highest share of any generation. It shows that more women are choosing to build their future on their own terms.

If buying a home is one of your goals, don’t count yourself out because you’re single. There are loan programs and strategies that can help make homeownership possible. I’d be honored to help you explore your options. 🏡💜

🎥 Is the HUD 184 loan available in Texas?

This came up on today’s TikTok Live, and the answer is: it depends.

Some states, like Arizona and New Mexico, are eligible statewide for the HUD 184 loan. Other states, like Texas, only have specific eligible counties. And some states don’t have any eligible counties at all.

If you’re wondering whether a property qualifies:

✅ Google “HUD 184 loan limits 2026”
✅ Open the HUD.gov link.
✅ Look for your state and county. If it’s listed, the HUD 184 loan is available there, along with the maximum loan amount.

If your county isn’t eligible, don’t let that stop your homeownership journey. There are many other excellent loan programs that may be a perfect fit for you.
