Hurricane Hilary will likely impact AZ with high winds and as much as a years worth of rain fall in some parts of our state. Things you should do now to prepare for this unprecedented event:

🌀 Walk your property and look for anything that can get wings with the expected high winds. Things we commonly see fly away and cause damage are trampolines, sheds, loose fencing and play structures. Tie down these items now and during monsoon season.

🌀 Trim trees that are overgrown. More branches and leaves means more wind resistance that can cause the tree to fall in a gusting wind event.

🌀 Take a look at your roof. Loose shingles and tiles should be addressed now, so you don’t have an issue with wind damage and water pe*******on.

🌀 Windows should be completely closed and locked on your home and autos. We see many claims each year from windows being left slightly open and rain getting in.

No one wants to have a claim and have to pay a deductible to get their home back to 💯. But if you do suffer a loss we are here to help!
