One week into a new era at NEXA, and there is already so much to celebrate.

Last week, we officially announced Geri Farr as CEO. In just seven days, the energy, clarity, and excitement around what comes next have only grown stronger.

Geri knows NEXA. She knows our people, she believes deeply in where we’re going, and she’s leading with the kind of passion that makes everyone around her want to build bigger.
