El préstamo DSCR se basa en que la renta cubra el pago de la propiedad. No se enfocan en tu ingreso personal como un préstamo tradicional.

Si la renta paga la hipoteca, puede haber oportunidad.

Puedes comprar bajo una LLC.
También hay opciones si tienes ITIN.

Here’s a quick update.

As some of you may have noticed, I deleted my previous business page. The reason for that was because I lost the ability to properly manage this one and didn’t have full access to it.

After some time and a lot of back and forth, I was finally able to regain full control of this page and get everything sorted out. It wasn’t easy, but we got it done.

Huge thank you to ChatGPT for helping me navigate the process and figure it out step by step.

Why is today so special?

Because it all started with an act of defiance — a bold stand against oppression, a belief that freedom was worth fighting for.

This spirit didn’t stop in 1776. It lived on through every person who stood up for justice when it wasn’t popular — from those who fought to end segregation, to the leaders and everyday people who marched for civil rights, risking everything to make this country live up to its promise.

Although we know this country isn’t perfect, it has made tremendous strides forward. I truly believe we shouldn’t lose faith in what America can become — a place where everyone is created equal and justice is for all.

I stand by this country and its Constitution. Without it, none of us would have the opportunities we have today — including the ability to build our own homes, protect our families, and create legacies for future generations.

Today, let’s celebrate not just the fireworks, but the spirit of defiance that keeps pushing us toward a better, freer, more just future.

Happy Fourth of July. Let’s keep believing in what’s possible.
