The better question is “does the deal make sense for YOU right now?”

The right time to buy is individual. Timing rates is like timing stock picks. Nobody knows what will happen tomorrow.

So, are there any benefits of buying NOW instead of waiting for rates to drop?

If rates drop:
⬆️ More buyers jump in 🗣️
⬆️ Competition increases 🥊
⬆️ Prices rise 💰

With the current rates, we can still:
