What is a Mortgage Loan Originator?

"An MLO is an individual who, for compensation or gain, engages in taking a mortgage transaction application or offering or negotiating terms of a mortgage transaction. STATE OF INDIANA. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS."

As an MLO, my job is to look out for your best interest when obtaining a mortgage loan to purchase or refinance a home; and, for those who know me, I wouldn't have it any other way. I truly want what's best for you! That is why I decided to become an MLO...to help enrich people's lives!
