Good morning! We want to give you a quick update on some statistics and forecasts that came out from the MBA (Mortgage Bankers Association). They are forecasting for interest rates to rise in 2022. With the current state of the economy, inflation and other key factors, the MBA is expecting this to happen come 2022, if not beforehand.

Owning a home is still a very STRONG investment. Values are still on the rise and rates are still low.
