On November 15th, I was honored by the Caregivers Outreach Mentorship Empowerment, Inc. and Essen Health Care at the 19th Annual Family Caregiver Gala. It was truly a privilege to stand alongside 12 incredible honorees.

What made this moment even more meaningful was receiving the award on my father’s 98th birthday. Being his caregiver comes with its challenges, but it is a blessing to care for the man who has always cared for me.
