This is a bittersweet post because today is my last day with Alfa Insurance . I have officially retired. I've been blessed with many wonderful customers during my 29 years with Alfa. With that said, my successor, will be my bonus daughter, Kristin Fling. I couldn't have had a better, more efficient person to take over. I know my clients will be happy with her and her knowledge of insurance. Nonetheless, she'll take over my old office location in Meridianville. email [email protected]. Your pipes can freeze DAY OR NIGHT. Trust me, I found out the hard way. Back in the day,,,,one really cold night I left my water running, got up, showered, and went to work. Came home to frozen pipes. So take it from me, water doesn't need it to be dark to freeze in your pipes. 💁‍♀️🤦‍♀️

IMPORTANT:::: if you're going out of town for the holidays, please, please, please leave you water dripping heavily and open those cabinet doors. It's going to be below freezing and it could cause major water damage. Most people have higher deductibles not to mention water claims cause insurance rateups. I don't know about you but I ain't got time for that. Merry Christmas.
