We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team! They will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.
NOTE: Candidate can live in any of our branch location areas of Denver or Fort Collins, CO, Renton, WA, Boise, ID, Roseville, CA, or Honolulu, HI. We are not entertaining remote candidates outside of these areas.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
-Determine product demand and customer awareness
-Develop marketing strategies to maximize return on investment
-Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
-Review and optimize marketing budget
-Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in marketing (real estate industry-specific experience preferred)
-Experience in a managerial role
-Strong project management skills
-Strong leadership qualities
-Deadline and detail-oriented
We are looking for a motivated individual who works well with others and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. We need someone who is multi-faceted and willing to use their skills to complete small projects before looking to hire a third-party for a job they can do themselves.
