Most things will continue to get more expensive over time because the money continues to lose value.
Lower interest rates just leads to more inflation, which exasperates the problem.

Any discussion on affordable housing that doesn’t address the the core issue of an inflationary money supply and a private central bank are dishonest.

Mobile homes in park communities are a great alternative to site built homes for some people.

You will need funds for the down payment. There aren’t any First Time Homebuyer programs or down payment assistance on these homes.
