Kim is quick, communicative, and explains things over and over if you need. she never made us feel bad for our questions and there were four of us on this loan so I'm sure we all ask repeat questions through out the process. When we had questions she was there, when she couldnt answer our questions she directed us to the right place. When we needed help she had the answers. We had a long process when buy and she always showed us that she was with us 100% of the way even when we thought about just leaving everything and choosing to rent. She is very knowledgeble and uses that knowledge to navigate her clients in the right direction. Would always reccomend her to everyone!
