David was always willing to chat with me on the phone and made himself available to explain things in a way that made sense in my brain. David was patient and kind you could see his smile even when speaking on the phone. We appreciated all the courteousness and ease of making things work even when I lost my job in the middle of the process, Dave was able to offer reassurance and found a way to make things work for our situation. Thank you Dave, Stephanie, and Yvette you were all Fabulous.
