The process was smooth and simple which was not at all what we expected of our house buying process! They seemed to proactively collect anything they needed upfront so it felt like there was almost nothing needed from us at all except patiently waiting ha! I am also happy with the rate we got secured and their help with first time home buyer programs. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
