I had a realtor friend who had a property listed for sale in Painesville and had a buyer who was having hard time grappling with making an offer due to the estimate of closing costs from her current lender. The realtor asked her to reach out to me for a second opinion which she did. I didn't ask what the other lender's closing costs were because I simply didn't care. Mortgage loan interest rates continue too improve from the beginning of the year. The labor market is strengthening as well. There are multiple reasons to believe that the housing market will continue to strengthen as the weeks (even days) go on. As usual, late February and into March, will be a tremendous time to buy and sell a residential property. Good luck to all of my Realtor friends and stay the course as things improve!
