Towering canyon walls, cold river water, incredible views, and memories we’ll be talking about for years. Sometimes the best adventures are the ones that leave you a little tired, a little sore, and completely grateful. ❤️

📈 Mortgage Rate Update – June 8, 2026

Mortgage Rates are starting the week in a state of flux as negotiations with Iran continue to drag on, while military strikes between Iran and Israel over the weekend have added additional uncertainty to the markets.

As news continues to break, expect Mortgage Rates to move up and down throughout the week. We are unlikely to see a consistent move lower in rates until a deal is reached and the Strait of Hormuz is fully reopened.
