Avoid leaving food from a cookout uncovered and unrefrigerated. Food becomes unsafe after 2 hours at room temp, and 1 hour at temps of 90 degrees or more.

IMPORTANT: Your car can reach temps of 90+ faster than you think during the summer, so think twice about leaving those leftovers in there.
