One of the most misunderstood mortgage products is the ARM (Adjustable-Rate Mortgage).

The moment I mention one, I usually hear a story about someone's cousin's neighbor who had a bad experience 30 years ago. 😅

The reality? An ARM isn't inherently good or bad.
