Did you know that it is Tennessee State Law, you do not have to pay your uninsured motorist property damage deductible if & only if these two criteria are met:
A. Vehicle involved in the accident is insured by same insurer for both collision & uninsured motorist property damage coverage; & (B) Operator of other vehicle has been positively identified & is solely at fault. See the attached link for the entire Tennessee Statute. http://ow.ly/4nqveQ
