It is difficult to establish the current threat level from Fukushima, Japan.
This update is encouraging; but, ignores the continuing threat from the stored nuclear waste sitting 100 feet in the air, in a building which is leaning, with a wall which is bulging, protected from ignition by water which is leaking, in an area that had 8 earthquakes in 10 days at the end of September up 5.8 on the Richter Scale.
The reactor also just missed a Super Typhoon with winds up to 180 miles per hour which turned into a tropical storm before reaching Fukushima.
