What a crazy year 2020 has been....record home sales, record refi's with record low interest rates...all with record low available housing inventory! Every month since March has hit new records. No one knows what 2021 will bring with this crazy election, so take advantage of the opportunities now.

A word about refi's...I received a letter the other day from an on-line lender offering me a wonderful 3.5% interest rate on a $200,000 refi and it would only cost me 2 points to get that rate! What a deal! That means I would have to pay $4,000 to get 3.5%! Friends, I do mortgages for a living and I've been closing refi's for customers for months in the 2%'s at NO points! What these on-line lenders are doing is terrible! If you are interested in doing a refi - and I hope if your current rate rate is 3.5% or higher you are interested - talk to a local lender!
