On this day last year, Mid South had provided 285 houses to our purchasing investors.

At this point in 2022, we’ve provided 405 houses to our investors so far, with a deep pipeline of properties to come.

Most of these homes were not livable at the time we acquired them, so we were able to do this without removing inventory available to owner occupants or first time home buyers, while ADDING to the available inventory of quality, affordable rental property, and stabilizing and improving home values for existing owner occupants in the neighborhoods we work in.
