How many General Liability claims will get denied because of the Snow Removal exclusion?
If you are a property owner or property manager, ask your snow removal contractor to verify that their General Liability policy does not contain an exclusion for Snow Removal.
If you are a contractor, check your General Liability policy before undertaking Snow Removal work. Snow and Ice removal exclusions are fairly common in General Liability policies.
