4️⃣**Complete a Full Loan Application:** Once your offer is accepted, complete a full mortgage application.
5️⃣**Review the Loan Estimate:** Your lender provides a Loan Estimate document that breaks down the interest rate, closing costs, and other terms for full transparency.
6️⃣**Property and Title Evaluation:** Before closing, the home needs to be appraised, inspected, and a title search conducted. This ensures the home is in good condition and ready for you to move in.
7️⃣**Underwriting Review:** Your loan application is reviewed to ensure all guidelines are met. Your lender might ask for additional/updated documentation.
8️⃣**Clear-to-Close and Final Review:** You review the Closing Disclosure document, and if everything looks good, continue moving forward to Closing.
9️⃣**Closing:** Sign your closing documents, and once everything is confirmed, you receive the keys to your new home.
