Our Story

John Perfetti, Jr. has more than 15 years of experience as a residential mortgage banker, John thoroughly understands the complexities of mortgage financing and can provide clients the information they need to make the best choice for their circumstances. He is known for providing top-notch service and communicating with his customers frequently at each stage of the loan process. John specializes in Jumbo and Non-Conforming loan products, but confidently originates loans under all programs offered by Citizens Bank. He strives to serve all clients with efficiency, reliability and the utmost attention to detail. Above all, John feels privileged to be helping his clients achieve their dream of home ownership and assisting them in what is possibly the largest or most important purchase they may ever make. His greatest satisfaction comes from being of service to his customers with their home lending needs. John earned his degree from Nassau Community College and Long Island University. He is a native of the Metro New York area and has a solid understanding of the markets he serves. John is an active member of his community and surrounding communities, serving on committees and volunteering his time for organizations such as Oyster Bay Little League, Pinktie.org (Real Estate Professionals Networking For A Cure) and Smile Farms (founded by 1800flowers).
