The past 6 months have been a whirlwind of challenges. I tend to take on a lot, but it’s that drive to push myself that motivates me to see just how much I can accomplish. Between living out of boxes at my sister’s place, trying to close on my coop, preparing for a bodybuilding competition, and juggling a pipeline of over 10M in real estate and mortgage deals—oh, and let’s not forget the renovations after closing—I made it my mission to prioritize this project without losing focus on everything else around me. Somehow, I managed to do it all 😱🥵
I haven’t lived alone in eight years, and I knew my new place needed to be a sanctuary of peace amidst the chaos of my life. So, I worked relentlessly, saved every penny, and closed as many deals as I could—like my future depended on it!. I couldn’t have done it without an amazing team who helped bring my vision to life. I’m beyond grateful for everyone who made this possible in just three months. (Contractor doesn't have social media dm if interested in using him!) my talented cousin in interior design helped me decide on many many things I needed help with throughout the renovations ty tyyy🙏❤️
As for the apartment, most of the furnishings came from Ikea and Amazon lol (with plenty of late-night research!), and I’m still amazed at how everything came together within my budget. Life is all about transformations, and while mine have been mostly physical in recent years, the true transformation comes from the hard work you put into achieving your goals. That’s what separates you from the rest.
Dreams become reality when you not only write them down but also take action. I’m so thankful for my new home, and I’m proud to share the outcome because I truly believe anything is possible with dedication and hard work. 🥰🤗💪🏻
