What an incredible day at the Tunnel to Towers 5K! 🌟 Today marks the 25th anniversary of 9/11, and being part of this event was truly moving. The spirit of heroism and unity was palpable, with amazing volunteers from the police, FBI, army, first responders, and firefighters. 🚓👮‍♀️🚒
A special highlight was meeting firefighters from London and France, showcasing the global solidarity and support. I was especially touched by Captain Bolger from House 10, right across from the World Trade Center. The sacrifice made by six members of his company on 9/11 is a powerful reminder of courage and dedication.
I’m so grateful to my Letip Ronkonkoma family for coming together today. A huge shoutout to my good friend JoAnn Tribolzik Spatola for organizing everything. Your efforts made this experience unforgettable.
