We're winding down a busy summer season, and I'm already thinking about the the fall market ahead.

This is what it's looked like all summer, and it's not going to change as the season does.

Every day, I'm working behind the scenes with my NAF team.

And that means I'm reviewing numbers, answering calls, staying on top of every detail so buyers, sellers and my Realtor partners feel supported from start to finish.

I believe in being responsive, communicative, and fully present, because that's what this process deserves.

And when I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me on the sidelines at my boys' games still just a phone call away if a client or an agent needs me.

Well, well, well August. You exceeded my expectations.

Did you all enjoy the perfect weather and the sweet scented air (can you smell the Concord Grapes?!)

Usually July is my favorite month, but August took the cake this year.

From the weather, to the time with family, and many happy client closings, it was a fabulous month.

I know many of you look forward to September, and sweater weather, but my feet are firmly planted in Summer and will be thoroughly enjoying the next few weeks.  

Here’s to holding on to the last days of summer.
