This one tested us. Big time.
I listed this home for a dear friend, and during inspections we were thrown for a loop—major repairs came up that no one saw coming. Stress was high, emotions were real, and there were moments it felt overwhelming.
But this is where teamwork, honesty, and problem-solving matter most. We took it one step at a time, explored every option, and stayed focused on the goal. It wasn’t easy… but we made it through.

We closed last Friday 🎉

And I couldn’t be happier for my client as she turns the page and moves forward into her next chapter. So proud of her resilience and grateful for the trust she placed in me through it all.

Back in March, I started working with this incredible family -a mom, dad, and their four amazing kids. We had a couple of houses that didn’t work work out along the way, but through the ups and downs of the homebuying process, they never gave up.

This dedicated veteran and his beautiful family stayed patient and determined, and today, all the hard work paid off -they got the keys to their perfect home!🏠🤍

This one is extra special to me. 💛 Since May, I’ve had the honor of helping a dear family friend sell their home. The journey wasn’t easy—there were moments of frustration and times when it felt like giving up was the only option. But through patience, perseverance, and a lot of trust, we finally made it to the finish line yesterday.

Watching this journey has been such a joy. Their very first home was perfect when they were a smaller family, but as life and love have grown, so has the need for more space. This next-step home is such an exciting chapter, and I couldn’t be happier for them as they create new memories in a place that fits their family today and tomorrow.
