This one tested us. Big time.
I listed this home for a dear friend, and during inspections we were thrown for a loop—major repairs came up that no one saw coming. Stress was high, emotions were real, and there were moments it felt overwhelming.
But this is where teamwork, honesty, and problem-solving matter most. We took it one step at a time, explored every option, and stayed focused on the goal. It wasn’t easy… but we made it through.
We closed last Friday 🎉
And I couldn’t be happier for my client as she turns the page and moves forward into her next chapter. So proud of her resilience and grateful for the trust she placed in me through it all.
