Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, we at Fidelity Insurance Agency want to do our part to protect our employees, customers, and communities. That said, we will be closing our lobby effective immediately on March 23, 2020. In order to contact us in the meantime, please call our office at 715-748-5331. If you have a payment you need to make, you can either call us or call your company directly to make a payment over the phone. If you have to drop a payment off, please remain in your car, and please call us so we can come out to your car to pick the payment up.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we feel this is the best course to proceed. We will continue to monitor the situation and update our policy in regards to COVID-19 accordingly.

Please stay safe and healthy in this current situation and we will do our best to continue to serve your insurance needs.

*We will also be starting our summer hours effective immediately on March 27. We will now be closed at noon on Fridays.

Fidelity Insurance Agency will be closing at noon on Friday, May 25, 2018, and will also be closed on Monday, May 28, 2018, in observance of Memorial Day. We will be open again on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 and our summer hours will be begin as follows:

•Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

•Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Our normal hours will resume after Labor Day. Have a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day.
