Senior Loan Officer
Tami has been in the mortgage industry for the past 30 years. She enjoys her job because every day is a new challenge. Having been in this industry with her sister Tonya for the past 18 years, they have met many clients who need the tools to become homeowners, and their team is here to teach them. It is very rewarding to assist them in meeting their home ownership goals. Being a mother of three boys that grew up in the Rogue Valley, she has a sentimental place in her heart for this area. This area allows the residents to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, experience small town culture, and live in a friendly and warm community.
Tami enjoys gardening, refurbishing furniture, and painting in her free time. She also enjoys the outdoors, snow skiing, kayaking and hiking. This valley has given her many memories and she is grateful to help others become homeowners in this area so they can create their own.
Senior Loan Officer
Tonya has been in the mortgage business for 18 years and has seen her fair share of events in this industry. She and her sister Tami have been partners for 18 years. They take great joy in helping people realize one of the most important needs of their lives, getting in a home. She has been with Guild Mortgage for almost 4 years. Guild treats employees as individuals, with unique talents and personalities. In turn, we treat our borrowers as individuals with unique situations, needs, and goals.
She has been a member of the Central Point Rotary for 14 years, and is the current President of that organization. She has a wonderful husband and is the mom of 5 grown children, along with two terriers and her thoroughbred. She enjoys spending her weekends out at the ranch riding her horse.
Loan Officer
Alexis is a Rogue Valley native who loves a challenge and is always striving for more. She began working for Guild as the receptionist and soon discovered how much she loved the fast paced mortgage world. She joined Tami and Tonya’s team as a licensed loan officer, and she assists them in structuring files for pre-approval, carrying files through the underwriting process and making sure loans close on time. As a woman in her twenties, she enjoys showing her age group that home ownership is a realistic goal, and her team is here to help you own what matters to you.
She enjoys the small town feel that the Rogue Valley has to offer, and likes to be involved in local community events. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, watching documentaries and spending time with her sushi chef boyfriend.
Loan Processor
Nikki has been in the mortgage industry since 1996 and has been with Guild for 3 years. She has operated in many different areas of the mortgage business, from customer service to being a loan officer and now a loan processor. She loves the loan processing side of the business.
She is married to her wonderful husband and has two amazing boys. She loves to go camping, hiking and crabbing on the Oregon Coast in her free time.
