Alabama split almost ready for final approvals

Just closed on 22 acres in Somerville, AL (Morgan County) — about 30 minutes south of downtown Huntsville.

Huntsville continues to be one of the fastest growing hubs in the country, home to the US Space & Rocket Center and the FBI facility at Redstone Arsenal. Growth like that pushes demand out into the surrounding areas.

We're splitting this property into 4 parcels, ranging from 3.5 to 7 acres each. Soil testing, drainage study, driveway sight distance evaluation, survey, and final approvals are all underway. We're anticipating 6-8 weeks to completion, but marketing the lots now.
