WOOT WOOT! Construction is officially underway to repair our front walkway this week!

(You may remember it had an unexpected encounter with the front end of a Lexus this past winter. Thankfully, everyone was okay!)

When you can spend 40+ hours a week with the same people and then CHOOSE to spend an entire weekend together, you know you’re in the right place.

This past weekend, the LifeGuide team and spouses stepped away from the office to celebrate not just what we do, but the people we get to do it with. From great food and meaningful conversations to relaxing, puzzling, hiking, and competing in some ridiculous (and unnecessarily competitive!) Minute-to-Win-It games, we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend together.

One thing that stood out was that, even as our team has grown significantly over the years, the relationships, humility, care for one another, and shared sense of purpose that have defined our team and culture from the beginning are still as strong today as ever.

And that’s something we will never take for granted.

What an incredible gift to see firsthand the kind of work that Compassion International is doing for children and families in Zambia! And to hear it directly from one of the boys who, just two years prior, was without a home, adequate nutrition, and education...just, wow! Take a look!

Was it the nicest spring day we've had so far? Well, no. Was it cold and a little rainy? Sure. But was the 2026 BIG SHRED filled with great people, lots of smiles, copious amounts of hot dogs, and a MASSIVE shredder truck!? YOU BET IT WAS! 😁
