Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for Josh Bafia and his team at State Farm may be the career for you! We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Handling office tasks, such as answering phones, processing customer payments, filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, etc.
• Providing scheduling support by booking appointments with clients and service agents.
• Make outgoing prospecting calls to generate sales
• Prospect for new clients in a multitude of ways
• Other duties and jobs assigned as needed
As a Team Member, you will receive...
• Hourly pay ranges from $12-$16 depending on experience.
• Paid time off (vacation/personal days and sick days)
• Commision on sales
• This position is a full time position in office- hours are Monday through Friday.
