Totally stole this but I agree. You can do it yourself but why would you when our services are 100% free (to you, that is). We get paid from the insurance companies so you’ll never give us a dime!

Dental insurance is a racket at this point. I do my best to provide solutions that give you VALUE. Sadly, cash pay is the best option for dental these days.

THIS. This is one of the main reasons original Medicare will always beat an Advantage Plan.

What is a "prior authorization"?

A prior authorization is an approval from a health insurance company that a doctor or patient must get before the plan will cover a specific medical service, treatment, or prescription drug.

Companies are increasingly using AI to automatically deny these PAs so you'll have to do an appeal - MORE TIME.

With original Medicare, there are no PAs. If your provider says you need something, you go get it. ASAP.
