It’s been 8 days since I last saw Tiger Kitty.

I “renovated” the bush she lived in… pulled weeds, trimmed branches, really cleaned the place up.

She hasn’t been back since.

Starting to think Tiger Kitty preferred the fixer-upper.

Today I got a mortgage foe a guy who came to me with a 579 credit score and saved a guy from losing a house because his old loan officer couldn't close the deal and he was 2 weeks past closing.
