a bridge loan is the best way for clients to go into contract non contingent on the sale of their existing home. In this case we ended up not needing the bridge loan because the buyers sold their existing house before closing on their new home in Cleveland Park. So happy everything worked so smoothly with these buyers and thank you Julia and Jeff for referring them to me, Thank you Christine for taking our offer and working with us to facilitate getting the house to closing.
