📣Good news for homebuyers! The Area Median Income limits were just updated.

Most areas of the country saw their income limits rise, meaning more homebuyers have access to financing programs that offer assistance and better rates for “low-moderate” income homebuyers!

The DC/Northern VA area saw a modest 1% increase, but other areas in Virginia and Maryland saw larger changes, with increases as high as 10% and 14%, respectively.
