Alford Insurance Agency is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
No insurance experience is required. We provide training and are looking for someone who is eager to learn, follow procedures, and build a long-term career in the insurance industry.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
✓ Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
✓ Assist customers and direct them to the appropriate resolution
✓ Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
✓ Manage electronic filing and document organization
✓ Support account management activities
✓ Process customer documentation and correspondence
✓ Follow established agency procedures and compliance requirements
✓ Deliver outstanding customer service
QUALIFICATIONS
✓ No experience necessary
✓ Quick learner with a positive attitude
✓ Organized and detail-oriented
✓ Professional and dependable
✓ Strong communication and customer service skills
✓ Comfortable using computers
✓ Microsoft Word and Excel experience is helpful
