In celebration of the holiday, our office will be closing early on Wednesday, November 27th at noon. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, December 2nd.

Our office will be closed on Monday, January 15th due to severe weather. We can still be reached by email. Phonecalls/voicemails will also be monitored.
Please remember to let your faucets drip. Check on your pets, plants, the elderly, your neighbors and loved ones. Also, be safe on the roads.

With this in mind, Farmers is dedicated to offering a variety of service options to help you.

File Claims remotely – If you need to file a claim, you can do so online through Farmers.com, the Farmers Mobile App, or by calling 1-800-435-7764. Our claims representatives have online tools to help them assist customers throughout the claims process. Should your claim require an in-person visit, Farmers is also closely monitoring and applying the most up to date CDC guidelines and recommendations.

24/7 online self-service for managing your account Farmers.com and our newly refreshed Farmers Mobile App equip you to handle many of your needs remotely. Should you need to access your ID card, review your policy documents, or pay a bill, you can do so using these self-service tools.

Towing & Roadside Assistance – We know you may be on the road and need help. Farmers Roadside Assistance is currently active and our team is here to assist you.

If you’re directly affected, we’re here to help - If you are unable to make your payment on time as a result of COVID-19, we may be able to extend your due date. Please call 1-888-327-6335 to find out more.

You always have the option to contact your Farmers agent during normal business hours or our Farmers customer care center at 1-888-327-6335 Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. CST and Saturday-Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will make additional adjustments as needs arise. Rest assured we are putting measures in place to help take care of our employees and Farmers agents so they can continue to best serve you.
