It's that time again - the last few days to make sure you have the best Medicare plan for 2023. If you're in TX and would like to go over changes in the Medicare program and your current coverage at NO COST to you, send me a PM.

I'm a no-pressure guy who's been in insurance for 50 years (yikes). I just don't like the way Medicare beneficiaries often get taken advantage of. Check my license with the TX Dept of Insurance - no complaints - EVER.

I'm independent and not committed to ANY company. If you have the best plan for you - I'll be happy to tell you to keep what you have.

BUT - more and more there are some interesting plans that actually give you money back each month. And that $$ is pretty significant in several counties.

Some Medicare Advantage plans have added really rich benefits - especially with dental coverage.

Because each of you has different needs, I can't respond to questions about your plan here because your healthcare is a very private matter and there are government rules about that.

March 31st marks the end of the open enrollment period. This period is when you can make one change from Jan 1st to March 31st for your MA plan or PDP

Tick Tock.... the Medicare Annual Election Period ends this Monday, Dec 7th. The GOOD news is that I can still see if I can: 1. SAVE you money, 2. Get you more or better benefits, or 3. Ensure that you have the best plan available for your health needs.

Found what I think is the best prescription drug savings app out there. My wife has tried 3 so far. With this one she can get her cholesterol med (normally $38/mo with Good Rx), for a little over $10 - and at a pharmacy closer to the house. Like the others, this has a free app for your phone.
