Real estate investing just got easier. I have some great investors/lenders for DSCR loans. They are pretty aggressive with credit scores and income qualification. If you are not sure what this loan is. It is a loan for a investment property that just requires it to cash flow greater than the monthly cost. SO mortgage 2k per month, but you can rent it for 2500. You can qualify.
